Identifies qualified candidates by coordinating resume screening, preparing interview documentation, and conducting reference checks.
- -Reviews and responds to incoming resumes appropriately.
- -Shares shortlisted candidate profiles with HR Consultants and hotel management based on position requirements.
- -Conducts initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- -Provides administrative assistance throughout the recruitment process.
- -Coordinates interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- -Keeps candidates informed regarding the progress of the selection process.
- -Prepares and issues offer letters to selected candidates.
- -Manages end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned non-exempt positions.
- -Screens, evaluates, and recommends suitable candidates for employment.
- -Extends job offers to selected applicants.
- -Prepares and maintains up-to-date recruitment status reports.
- -Maintains accurate records and statistics of open and filled positions.
- -Monitors and summarizes recruitment-related costs when required.
- -Delivers exceptional guest satisfaction by providing genuine “Yes I Can!” hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
- -Demonstrates personal accountability, teamwork, and attentive service while interacting with guests.
- -Resolves guest concerns by listening empathetically, identifying solutions, and ensuring proper follow-through.

- -Performs additional responsibilities as needed to support outstanding hospitality standards.
- -Assists in coordinating responses to EEO complaints, Occupational Health & Safety matters, Industrial Relations issues, and employee -grievances through research and information gathering.
- -Supports Department Heads in managing employee relations matters by guiding them in preparing appropriate verbal and written communication for employees.

Skills Required
- Hotel background/experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer letters)
- Ability to prepare interview documentation and maintain recruitment status reports and records
- Strong candidate coordination, communication, and administrative skills
- Familiarity with EEO processes, Occupational Health & Safety, and industrial relations support
- Customer/guest service orientation and hospitality mindset
- Ability to assist department heads with employee relations communications
