We are looking for a people-oriented HR Executive to support employees and managers across the full employment journey. This entails engaging in the full employee lifecycle while working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

In this role, you will be a trusted point of contact for employee enquiries, providing timely and practical support while contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will have a combination of day-to-day and reoccurring responsibilities as well as ad-hoc and project related assignments.

With access to sensitive and personal information you should be unwilling to compromise on ethics, doing things the right way and ensuring appropriate safeguarding mechanisms for Telenor.

As HR Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and offboarding.

  • Manage core HR operations such as payroll coordination, tax filings, HR administration, employee documentation, and data maintenance.

  • Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, presentation materials, and other information to support business and HR decision-making.

  • Find areas of opportunities within Tech, AI, automation to drive operational efficiency or enhance operational quality.

We are looking for you who can relate to some of the following:

Qualification & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in a broad HR generalist role, including payroll and HR administration.

  • Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation, work pass regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Experience supporting stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

  • Previous experience in a multinational or international business environment is advantageous.

  • Proficient in HR systems such as Oracle, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

Skills Required
