As a HR HEAD, you will be a critical member of the organization’s executive team, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and objectives to serve an INR 5000 CR+ (and growing) revenue portfolio.

Objective:
We are looking for an experienced and execution-oriented HR professional from the real estate industry to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll management, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration. The role requires hands-on ownership across Talent Acquisition, payroll processing, attendance management, employee engagement, compliance coordination, and HR operations in a fast-paced business environment.

This role would focus 70% on Talent Acquisition and 30% on HR Ops

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational, corporate, and field-based roles.
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure smooth induction and joining formalities for new employees.
Payroll & HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance validation, salary inputs, incentives, deductions, F&F settlements, and statutory coordination.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll data, leave records, employee documentation, and HRMS management.
  • Coordinate with accounts and management teams for smooth payroll execution and employee query resolution.
  • Maintain employee records, confirmations, transfers, exits, and HR operational documentation.

Employee Engagement & HR Coordination

  • Execute employee engagement activities, team initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, attendance issues, and HR process coordination.
  • Support management in driving employee discipline, policy implementation, and workplace culture initiatives.
Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, attendance structures, leave processes, and HR compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for statutory and operational HR requirements.
  • Support audits, documentation checks, and process standardization initiatives.
Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare HR reports, payroll MIS, hiring trackers, attendance reports, and employee data dashboards.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of HR and payroll-related information.

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations including payroll.
  • Mandatory experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations management.
  • Good understanding of attendance systems, labor compliance coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and payroll systems.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
