HR Executive – Recruitment & Administration

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels and coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities. 
  

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and onboarding. 
  

• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, hiring reports, and a strong talent pipeline. 
  

• Manage day-to-day office administration, including supplies, facilities, assets, inventory, and vendor coordination. 
  

• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, courier, travel, accommodation, and other administrative requirements. 
  

• Support company events and ensure timely resolution of office-related issues. 
  

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building, recognition, and wellness initiatives. 
  

• Manage internal communication for engagement activities and company announcements. 
  

• Gather employee feedback and support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture. 
  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and Administration. 
  

• Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. 
  

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRMS and recruitment portals is preferred.
