[What the role is]

As a HR Digitalisation Specialist, your role is to drive the digital transformation of ITE’s HR operations – automating manual processes, building/leveraging of digital tools and applications, and re-engineering workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services. You will partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for digitalisation and deliver technology-enabled solutions that support the Division’s HR transformation journey. Data and analytics will underpin your work, helping to inform decisions and measure impact.

[What you will be working on]

You will work closely with HR teams to understand their operational needs and pain points, identify opportunities to digitalise and automate, and deliver solutions that streamline HR processes and improve productivity. You will also support the roll-out and adoption of new digital tools, ensuring they are embedded into everyday HR operations. 

Your key responsibilities include:

- identifying, prioritising and scoping opportunities to digitalise and automate HR processes for greater efficiency and productivity

- designing, building and implementing automations, digital tools, apps and workflows, leveraging on available technology e.g. OGP, RPA, Power Platform, AI tools and AI-assisted (low-code/“vibe coding”) development

- supporting change management and user adoption of new digital solutions, and working on data systems, dashboards and reporting to sustain and measure improvements

- undertaking other responsibilities as assigned to support digitalisation efforts in HR

- helming a HR functional area to better understand the HR operations and needs

[What we are looking for]

- Strong in analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to manage and implement digital transformation and productivity improvement projects efficiently

- Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently

- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) and familiar with RPA / automation tools

- Prior experience in Data Science/ Programming (eg. Python)/AI and ability to carry out data analytics to determine or predict trends will be advantageous

- Comfortable building tools, prototypes and automations using AI-assisted (low-code/“vibe coding”) development, with a willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies

- Some relevant experience in HR and Workday preferred
