We are seeking a HR Data Management Representative to oversee the full employee data lifecycle, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of all employee records. This role is essential in supporting seamless HR operations while ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and other relevant databases, including personal information, employment status, compensation, benefits, and training records.
Process and verify all HR-related transactions such as new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and changes in employee details, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local data privacy laws and company data security policies in all aspects of data handling.
Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR data, providing accurate information and directing complex issues to appropriate HR specialists.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate data flow across systems.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee information.
Job Qualifications:
Strong, professional-level proficiency in Korean (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) is required, with the ability to support business communication. TOPIK Level 5 or above (or equivalent) is mandatory.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR data management and Hire‑to‑Retire processes using modern technologies (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow), preferably within APAC and in a multinational company.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Fresh graduates or candidates without direct experience — including those with call center or shared services backgrounds — are welcome to apply!
