The successful candidate will work with the Senior Manager, HRIS and Analytics and will be responsible for driving forward our people analytics and insights strategy. This will be across our employee life cycle and play a pivotal role in driving the organization towards a data-driven and insight-led culture.

What You'll DO

  • Support in defining and executing the long-term Reporting and Analytics priorities that align with business needs.

  • Establish governance frameworks and best practices that ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all reporting initiatives

  • Drive adoption of analytics-driven decision-making across the organization

  • Act as a consultative partner to leaders and HR Business Partners, interpreting complex insights and identifying high-impact actions

  • Identify and champion key People metrics and develop benchmarks to measure progress and align People objectives with overall organizational goals

  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable people analytics priorities

  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and develop predictive models to forecast future People trends, workforce outcomes, and organizational risks

  • Design and deliver reliable, on-demand reports and dashboards that communicate HR data insights effectively while adhering to internal reporting standards

  • Serve as an organizational expert and trusted advisor on people analytics—sharing best practices and driving adoption of analytics-driven decision-making

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes in HR analytics and reporting, evaluating new tools and methodologies for organizational benefit

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, data modelling, statistical analysis, forecasts and predictions, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience supporting a global organization with HR reporting/data analytics. Knowledge of HR practices and policies is preferred.

  • Experience with Workday (preferred) or other HRIS system, including an understanding of reporting, data structure and system capabilities

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to efficiently communicate sophisticated data insights to partners at all levels

  • Shown attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with both internal and external partners/teammates

  • Learning mindset – uses latest tools, benchmarks and research to evolve our strategy and output

  • High proficiency in Excel

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.(nice to have)
