We have a fun-loving, hard-working HR team that works with brilliant engineers. AC doesn't have a ton of employee relations issues, so much of our role is supporting a continued great work environment for employees. If you would like to work and grow in multiple areas of HR on a great team, this would be the perfect job for you. We are looking for someone junior in career who will start off in recruiting as a way to learn our business.  After a few months, you will begin slowing taking on more and more HR related tasks. 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.S. in Human Resources from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of professional hands-on experience in Human Resources.
  • Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
  • Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of multi-state compliance.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations and current HR practices.
  • Knowledge of Non-disclosure and Proprietary Information and Invention Agreements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, including partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer and onboarding processes.
  • Maintains employee benefits.
  • Able to maintain and update terminations and performance evaluations.
  • Focused on a customer service mindset in their approach to work. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and carry out employee engagement activities.
         
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates and recruiting processes.
  • Maintain employee data in our HRIS systems (Current Platforms: Rippling, Absorb, & Trakstar).
  • Assist in managing compliance and produce compliance reporting, including but not limited to EEOC, OSHA, and 401k.
  • Assist in benefits and open enrollment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across the organization to positively influence culture.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
  • Conducting onboarding and exit processes.
  • Assist in immigration processing.
  • Coordinate company events. 
  • Answer employee questions as needed. 
  • Ad Hoc duties and responsibilities as needed.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $108,000.00. Andrews Cooper is an equal-opportunity employer.
