The following CHALLENGES await You:
✓ Assist in all administrative tasks connected to on-boarding process, new hires orientations
✓ Handle data entry and follow-up in HR systems (Excel, Tisoware, Workday)
✓ Maintain employee records
✓ Provide assistance in internal and external HR related requests
✓ Facilitate the administrative duties of the Human Resource (HR) department under guidance of the HR Manager

✓ Handle all administrative tasks for cafeteria, on-boarding, new hires orientations, including data entry and followup in HR systems (Excel, Tisoware, Workday)
✓ Support the monthly payroll preparation process
✓ Support the onboarding process for new hires
✓ Respond to internal and external HR related requests and provide assistance
✓ Generate reports on general HR activity
✓ Support in organizing annual training sessions, gathering feedback, and tracking progress
✓ Support for organizing corporate events

Skills Required
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability using MS Office (including Excel)
