Spreetail is seeking an on-site HR Coordinator to support our people-first culture through seamless HR operations and employee support. This role is based five days per week in either our Hutchins, Texas, Greenwood, Indiana, or Lincoln, Nebraska fulfillment centers.

As an HR Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing employee records, supporting onboarding and payroll processes, responding to HR inquiries, and helping to drive engagement activities across the team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—ready to make an impact and grow their HR career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role requires on-site presence at our fulfillment center five days a week and is not eligible for the Work Your Way program.

How you will achieve success:

Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
Process new hires, terminations, and status changes in partnership with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
Coordinate onboarding for full-time and temporary employees and support employee communications and engagement initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, troubleshooting IT issues, guiding on PTO, and supporting timesheet and payroll accuracy.
Assist with HR reporting, investigations, meeting coordination, and general administrative support across multiple locations.

What experiences will help you in this role:

1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role; experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environments preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS, timekeeping, or ticketing systems is a plus.
