Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining our HR administration related to personnel files, onboarding, terminations, promotions, sick leave, pension administration, and insurance across various internal and external systems.
- Advising on employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance with labor laws, and organizational policies.
- The HR Coordinator attends to managers' specific requirements and upholds efficient HR practices across the region.
- Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and support.
- Absence management: You'll monitor the sick leave process and maintain absence records, ensuring compliance with the "Wet verbetering Poortwachter" (Improvement of Gatekeeper Law).
- Accurate and timely preparation of the monthly payroll process in collaboration with external payroll providers.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinating the onboarding process to ensure new employees feel at home.
- Assisting in the recruitment process.
- You evaluate and optimize HR processes to ensure their quality and effectiveness.
- Actively contributing to promoting a positive company culture and organizing team-building and well-being initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM or relevant experience.
- Background in HR or Relevant Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills.
- Proficiency in English and highly desirable: Proficiency in German.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Adept at picking up new concepts
