Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, providing high-quality HR administration from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Draft employment contracts, offer letters and other employment-related documentation.
- Manage new starter processes, including onboarding, inductions, system setup and compliance checks.
- Conduct Right to Work checks and support visa and sponsorship administration.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, salary reviews, transfers and contractual updates.
- Manage leaver processes, including resignation, dismissal and fixed-term contract administration.
- Support payroll activities and act as a first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
- Administer employee benefits, including pensions, benefits renewals and related employee communications.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and personnel files are kept up to date.
- Produce regular HR reports and management information to support business decision-making.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and internal communications.
- Contribute to People Team projects and provide administrative support across HR and Employee Relations activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Solid administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment;
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workloads and maintain effective systems and processes;
- Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail;
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and building strong working relationships. This role will work closely alongside our existing HR Coordinator, making effective communication and teamwork essential;
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiencies;
- Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality, as the role involves handling sensitive information and personal data;
- Professional and approachable, with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships;
- A confident communicator, able to engage comfortably and credibly with colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally;
- Commercially aware;
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent;
- IT literate, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
