About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity due to career growth, for an individual looking to join our HR Team in a fast-paced environment supporting a wide-range of HR responsibilities and activities.
As a HR Coordinator, you will play an essential role supporting the employee lifecycle, helping foster a positive workplace culture, maintaining accurate records and compliance in line with company policies and procedures, and employment legislation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle from candidate application, onboarding, supporting probation reviews, contracts and changes up to offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents
- Support the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and conversing with candidates and future employees
- Support with Monthly reports
- Support and coordinate internal and external training as well as CPD initiatives
- Ensure compliance in line with company policies and procedures, employment legislation and GDPR
- Assist with HR projects
Requirements
- Previous experience in a HR administrative or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Confident in Microsoft applications such as word, excel and outlook
- Experience in HRIS systems
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- CIPD Level 3 or willingness to work towards
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations processes
