Supports management accounts for eight group entities, including journal posting, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, fixed asset registers, payroll activities, financial reporting, budget variance monitoring, and ad hoc analysis. The role also maintains accurate financial records, contributes to finance projects and process improvements, and provides insights to support business decisions while studying toward a professional accounting qualification.

Lead the Quantock Outdoor Education service, overseeing programme delivery, safeguarding, health and safety, staffing, quality assurance, and continual improvement. Manage and develop Activity Leaders, coordinate daily operations, support children and young people with additional needs, deliver curriculum-based outdoor programmes, and work with families and multi-agency partners. The role ensures safe, engaging, and development-focused experiences while escalating risks and service improvement needs.
