What You'll DoAs the Human Resources Coordinator, you will serve as a primary HR resource for employees while helping ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization.
Employee Onboarding & Recruitment- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities and ensure a welcoming first-day experience.
- Present and facilitate new employee orientations.
- Manage applicant flow and support recruiting efforts through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Process new hire documentation, including I-9 verification and HR system setup.
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding files.
- Schedule and facilitate employee training programs.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with required training.
- Track participation and provide feedback on training effectiveness.
- Support HR initiatives focused on employee development and continuous improvement.
- Maintain electronic personnel files in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Update and manage employee information within HR systems, including ADP.
- Assist with personnel file audits and licensing reviews.
- Process employment verifications and respond to information requests.
- Support special HR projects and department initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of Human Resources experience, including onboarding, training, or employee support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, or ADP.
