  • Bearbeitung aller administrativen HR-Prozesse als Unterstützung der gesamten HR-Abteilung

  • Mitarbeit in Recruitingprozessen inklusive Erstellung von Ausschreibungen, Bewerberverwaltung, Terminkoordination und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender

  • Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten

  • Mitarbeit bei Personalentwicklungsthemen, u.a. durch das Erstellen von Schulungsmaterialien und die Organisation von Seminaren

  • Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher Fragestellungen

  • Unterstützung im HR-Reporting sowie bei Datenpflege und Dokumentation

  • Ansprechpartner für Fragen und Anliegen der Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil

Sie haben erfolgreich eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebs-, Sozial- oder Rechtswissenschaften (B.A.) abgeschlossen und konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung im operativen HR-Umfeld sammeln. Idealerweise beherrschen Sie bereits die allgemeine Personaladministration und verfügen über  Grundkenntnisse im Arbeits-, Tarif- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht. Im Umgang mit MS-Office sind Sie vertraut und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung mit der HR-Software LOGA mit. Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab.

Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Als Organisationstalent verstehen Sie es, Themen sinnvoll zu priorisieren und mit Eigeninitiative voranzutreiben. Sie sind ein Teamplayer, kommunikationsstark und denken abteilungsübergreifend. Ihr Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der gewissenhafte Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen zeichnen Sie für die HR-Arbeit aus.

Skills Required

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business, social or legal sciences (B.A.)
  • Initial professional experience in operational HR
  • Familiarity with general personnel administration
  • Basic knowledge of labor, collective-bargaining and works council law
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience with HR software LOGA
  • Good English language skills
  • Independent, well‑organized, initiative-driven work style and ability to prioritize
  • Team player with strong communication skills and cross-departmental mindset
