Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Co-op Trainee to support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in human resources and an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as document collection and orientation coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Help in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s/Diploma degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eager to learn and adaptable to new challenges.
