More about the role
We are looking for an experienced and impact-driven Continuous Improvement professional to lead LEAN deployment within the HR function. This role plays a key part in shaping how HR delivers value to the business by simplifying, automating, and standardizing processes at scale.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior HR stakeholders, driving measurable business outcomes while building long-term LEAN and automation capabilities across the organization. This is a highly visible role offering real influence on HR strategy, ways of working, and global alignment.
Key Areas of Responsibility- Act as a strategic partner to HR leadership and key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their priorities, challenges, and long-term objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of HR LEAN initiatives, ensuring consistent progress against phase exit criteria, targets, and defined business performance metrics.
- Drive and deliver high-impact Continuous Improvement projects that result in tangible business benefits, improved efficiency, and enhanced employee experience.
- Co-create and own the annual Continuous Improvement Roadmap, covering improvement initiatives, LEAN and automation capability-building activities, training sessions, and hands-on workshops.
- Serve as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement and automation across regions, supporting regional counterparts and ensuring strong global–local alignment and best practice sharing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in process improvement methodologies.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives in operational or functional environments, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable improvements and business impact.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, enabling confident leadership of complex improvement programms and cross-functional projects.
- Advanced Power BI skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and compelling stories for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English is mandatory, as the role operates in an international, multi-regional environment.
