and proactive HR Consultant to join our growing team in Pretoria.
This role involves providing end-to-end
HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. The
ideal candidate is confident, solutions-driven, and able to manage multiple
clients while delivering high-quality HR consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to
multiple clients
- Assist with HR compliance, policies, and procedures
- Draft employment contracts, disciplinary notices, and
performance documentation
- Advise clients on labour relations and best practices
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and CCMA
matters
- Support recruitment processes when required
- Conduct HR audits and ensure legislative compliance
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a
trusted HR advisor
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR
Consultant
- Strong knowledge of South African labour
legislation
- Experience in disciplinary processes and CCMA
representation
- Ability to manage multiple clients in a consulting
environment
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (essential)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to
clients (advantageous)
