Position Overview:
You’re a Human Resources professional looking to use your experience to add value to a variety of interesting clients while maintaining a perfect work-life balance. (Really, we mean it!) You have worked a 9-5, endured lengthy commutes and you are ready for your career to look and feel differently but aren’t sure if that opportunity really exists. (Hint: IT DOES!)
Your natural communication approach is one that effectively, respectfully, and inclusively builds a sense of belonging among employees who differ from one another. You are a strategic thinker and are proactive problem solver and you are able to find ways to cohesively support employees and business drivers.

If I am working part-time, can I still be eligible for benefits?
YES! BPM employees who work a minimum of 20 hours a week are eligible for paid holidays, PTO, health insurance benefits, and more!
I am tired of the daily grind of a commute, where are you located?
With the exception of scheduled client visits in San Francisco and video meetings, you get to work in the comfort of your own home in your PJs if you’d like! (This is part of that work-life balance we were talking about!) While this is a remote role, if you are located in San Francisco it is ideal.
