CHANEL is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an HR Consultant to join our Iberia team. Based in Madrid and reporting to the People Partners, you will play a key role in supporting HR activities with a strong focus on reporting, executive presentations, and recruitment processes.
Your role@CHANEL:
Your role as HR Consultant is to contribute to the overall performance of CHANEL teams by acting as a key support in HR analysis, reporting, and talent acquisition. You will work closely with People Partners and business stakeholders, bringing a structured, analytical, and consulting mindset to HR topics.
You will combine operational excellence with a strong focus on delivering insights, building high-quality executive materials, and ensuring efficient recruitment processes aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executive Presentations: Create high-quality, visually compelling presentations for senior stakeholders (CODIR, HR leadership), translating complex data into clear and impactful messages.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, publishing roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- HR Processes Contribution: Support key HR cycles such as Annual Compensation Review, Talent Review, and Performance Review through data preparation and analysis.
- HR Consulting Support: Act as a structured support to People Partners, helping translate business needs into HR actions and recommendations.
- Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support on HR projects and initiatives across Iberia.
- Internal Communication & Engagement: Support the preparation of HR communications and contribute to initiatives enhancing employee experience

What you can bring to the team:
We are looking for a structured, analytical, and business-oriented HR professional with a strong focus on results and quality deliverables.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar. 1–2 years of experience in HR, ideally with exposure to recruitment and reporting.
- HR Consulting Mindset: Ability to approach HR topics with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, understanding business needs.
- Communication & Storytelling: Strong ability to build and deliver high-impact, visually compelling presentations for senior stakeholders, translating complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Mindset: Strong team player with a collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships with humility
- Technical Skills: proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools such as Workday.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
