Job Description:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Compensation Advisory & Administration

  • Serve as the Philippines compensation liaison to Cigna’s Enterprise Total Rewards COE

  • Support job pricing, market data analysis, and internal equity reviews for PH roles

  • • Execute and advise on compensation activities including:

  • Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) support

  • Promotions, off-cycle increases, and allowances

  • Workday compensation approvals and governance

  • Provide guidance to HR and leaders on compensation-related policies and practices

  • Support SIP administration and ongoing incentive plan processes (may partner with HR Coordinator for admin execution)

Benefits Administration & Vendor Management

  • Own local administration of benefits and statutory programs, including:

  • SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG

  • HMO, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs

  • Manage benefits vendors and external partners to ensure service delivery and issue resolution

  • Oversee end-to-end leave of absence (LOA) administration and complex benefits cases

  • Lead benefits education and employee communication efforts in partnership with HR Ops

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, benefits regulations, and non-diminution requirements

  • Partner with Payroll on statutory contributions, deductions, and regulatory reporting alignment

  • Support internal reviews, audits, and documentation related to compensation and benefits programs

Cross-Functional Partnership & Advisory Support

  • Partner with HR Operations on employee lifecycle events impacting pay and benefits

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex compensation or benefits issues

  • Support site leadership by providing insights and recommendations on total rewards matters

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes as the site matures
