We are looking for a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance, engagement, and talent development. Skill sets/Experience we require:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HRBP or HR generalist roles.
• Experience working in fast-paced or matrix organizations is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel Skills is a (Must)
