The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals. The HRBP provides expert guidance on HR policies, talent recruitment talent development, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Advise on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and drive employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and improve processes.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HRSSC+HRTA team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Skills Required
