We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management.
Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment aligned with client or business needs, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Lead and support key HR initiatives including engagement, diversity & inclusion, and culture-building.
Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR risks.
Collaborate with different departments for smooth delivery of HR services.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
