We are now looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR support for our Global Operations organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting the business and growing their HR expertise. You will partner with HR team members and business leaders to support how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. You will need strong communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This position will support the Global Operations organization’s mission. In this role, you will partner with managers and HR team members onsite in Santa Clara, CA within NVIDIA organizations to help execute HR strategies that support organizational and people effectiveness. You will contribute to both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR support. You should be able to understand business priorities and help translate them into HR actions that support a growing organization. At NVIDIA, the HR Business Partner also collaborates closely with central HR teams to support areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development.
What you will be doing:
Partner with the Global Operations HR team and business leaders to understand business needs and support implementation of HR plans and programs
Provide guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day people-related matters with support from senior HRBPs
Analyze and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness
Conduct headcount analysis, assist with workforce planning and support recruitment efforts
Support key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, development planning, mobility, and compensation cycles
Partner with managers and employees to help resolve employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent practices
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support effective HR service delivery and employee engagement initiatives
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred or in progress) or equivalent experience
5-7 years of HR experience across areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, or HR operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Experience working with data tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, or HR systems) to support reporting and decision-making
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization
