We are currently looking for a part-time HR Business Partner to take ownership of broad HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor to managers and helping shape a positive and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Lead recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Coordinate trainings, learning, and development initiatives together with Regional L&D.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and conflict resolution.
- Promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
- Manage HR reporting, audits, and documentation.
- Support management with workforce planning, organizational change, and HR strategy.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist handling broad HR Operational tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR processes, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (experience with payroll systems is an advantage).
