- Partner with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development
- Drive recruitment strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams
- Lead and support organizational development and change management initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance) to provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and culture-building initiatives
- Coach managers on people management, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness
- Support compensation and benefits planning in alignment with market trends
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) for program implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a business partner role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and reports
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools is an advantage
