Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organisation, providing guidance on all people‑related matters. Working closely with our business units, this role supports workforce planning, builds organisational capability, enhances employee engagement, and delivers day‑to‑day HR support aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
The HRBP also plays a key role in driving cultural initiatives, managing complex employee relations issues, and equipping leaders with the tools they need to develop high‑performing teams.
Day to day!
- Provide advice, coaching and support to managers and employees on a range of Recruitment and HR related issues.
- Support culture‑building initiatives including recognition, communication, and engagement programs.
- Advise on organisational change, restructures, and communication planning.
- Manage complex ER matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, awards, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance and provide guidance on employment / industrial relations including Modern Awards, National Employment Standards and other relevant legislation.
Let’s talk about you!
This role requires strong knowledge of industrial relations frameworks and legislation, along with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strategic thinking, problem‑solving ability, strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. The ability to build collaborative relationships and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality is also critical.
You will bring extensive experience in HR business partnering within a complex environment, supported by proven strengths in stakeholder management, change management, and organisational development. You will also have a strong understanding of HR systems and the ability to leverage data analytics for reporting.
You should hold a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field, with a relevant postgraduate qualification considered desirable.
