What will your role be?
As a HR Business Partner with Supply& Corporate functions, you will strategically leverage all pillars of HR and partner leaders across end-to-end Supply and Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal & Corporate Relations) through the lens of People & Culture to achieve our ambition. Deliver strong business partnership aligned to the organisation’s strategic vision, support and develop our people and drive enterprise-impact through diverse projects.
In this role, you’ll report to People& Culture Director, AU& NZ and work with supported functions, and matrixed partner with COEs (Talent Engagement, Rewards, L&D, OE, I&D) and offshore People Services (First point), to lead decisions across leadership, organisation effectiveness, capability and culture within global and local principles and market policy framework.
Situated in Sydney head office, this role manages multiple sites with hybrid ways of working, with infrequent travel to Bundaberg Distillery and Queensland.

- People & Performance: uplift in leadership/manager capability, delivery of performance cycle milestones and quality outcomes.
- Talent & Development: improved bench strength and succession coverage for critical roles; targeted development and progression of our people.
- Organisation Effectiveness & Productivity: improvements in productivity and overheads within supported functions (with mixed work arrangement), ensure correct structure and simplification of ways‑of‑working.
- Inclusion & Diversity: progress on diversity across the organisation, pipelines, promotion parity and inclusion outcomes.
- ER/IR & Compliance: assistance in case resolution, reduction in repeat issues, constructive union engagement and successful EBA outcomes with consistent policy application.
What you will bring to table?
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner operating with senior leadership teams. Broad generalist capabilities across key HR pillars.
- Experience partnering Supply/manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Demonstrated and strong understanding of the Australian labour law environment, able to manage ER/IR matters independently. EBA exposure is an advantage.
- Comfort with enterprise HR systems and analytics (e.g., Workday, LMS, Power BI).
