The Human Resources Business Partner, Turkey for Beckman Coulter collaborates in the preparation to design and execute appropriate HR strategies and other HR programs to the internal customer.

This position and will be fully onsite´.

We are looking for a reliable and accurate team player, who will take the responsibility for delegated tasks. A self-motivated and flexible person who is willing to travel At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Human Resources team and report to the Senior HR Manager, responsible for managing opportunities, projects, work to build a world-class organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with Senior HR Manager and Business leaders to develop HR strategies and initiatives to meet business requirements. Understand the existing HR and people landscape, analyze gaps, develop and implement appropriate HR programs to bridge gaps. Support the Payroll processes
  • In-depth experience in formulate impactful HR strategies and design appropriate HR initiatives to support the business growth.

  • Develop and implement HR programs that touches the entire employment life cycle in the organization – talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, organization development & design, career and succession planning as well as talent retention.

  • Advises management as a HR business partner and a change agent to roll out organizational change programs. A season professional with good OD experience to help transform the organization to reach higher heights in terms of talent bench strengths and organization performance.

  • Drives and manages internal communications, and organizational changes ensuring the workforce is informed and engaged

You will be successful in this role if you bring:

  • Seasoned HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of HR areas and HR development experience

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.  Master’s degree is highly desirable

  • Prior experience in working for multinational companies.

  • Proven track record in building organizational talent – attracting, developing and retaining talents.

  • Excellent judgment and creative problem solver.

  • A good balance of “strategic” and “hands-on” to deliver result as well as possess good business acumen

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills. The candidate sought must be highly energetic, creative and flexible.

  • Very good command of spoken and written English and Turkesh
