What the Role Entails
  • Take active part in the training, learning, culture and employee engagement projects. Actively act as team member to contribute innovative ideas, and take on project management roles, when at the same time can be hands-on with project operation documents, including graphic, document design and drafting.
  • Support in sourcing internal and external partnership, vendor and speakers to ensure high quality, value adding content of different layers are provided in the program design.
  • Support HRBP leader in day to day HRBP responsibilities, providing BP support to business teams world-wide, and ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
  • Being a trusted advisor to provide insights on business decisions from a human capital perspective which includes but not limited to talent management, performance management, workforce strategy, employee engagement & retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the business leaders on people matters which may have short-, medium- or long-term effects on the business
  • Build strong partnerships with HR teams with both local and global investment companies and develop deep understanding of organizational dynamics in each entity
  • Identify opportunities for resource sharing and ensuring compliance in workforce decisions
  • Driving and helping to connect the dots between global/local decisions in contrast with HQ decisions, to mediate and align expectations across all parties
  • Support cross-functional HR projects  as needed, and collaborate well with key HR stakeholders, including HRBP and HR function teams to ensure project success

Who We Look For
  • Above 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen
  • Possess exposure across the gaming industry, ideally with experience supporting overseas businesses in their expansion
  • Possess experience dealing with Performance Management, Rewards, Talent retention, Talent Management and Employee Relations
  • Good experience in training, and employee engagement, creative and hands-on; strong capability in bi-lingual documentations, and communication graphic, video design is a plus
  • Someone who is positive, possess a can-do attitude and can navigate in highly matrixed and ambiguous environments
  • Strong people skillsets and able to build relationships across all levels of staff, be culturally sensitive and adaptable to different people styles; a good team player, has strong sense of teamwork and are willing to work with others
  • Strong learning agility, with good ability to bounce back and quickly learn from past experiences, improve, and adapt
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Chinese) will be considered a competitive edge as it will be required to deal with employees locally
