The Texas Instruments Human Resources team is looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can execute a full spectrum of HR deliverables that align with our business' strategic goals. In this role, you will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, working with business partners around the world to support the business unit. In this role, you will deliver both strategic and tactical HR support in a global capacity to employees and managers. This includes utilizing strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives, coaching leaders at all levels of the organization, working with employees, and partnering with specialist functions – such as recruiting, talent development, and compensation – to execute people strategies and processes across the organization.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related business field)
- Minimum of 2 years experience years
