Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team in our Processing Centre in Sulechów to provide support to the senior leadership team by delivering HR strategy and objectives through coaching and advising on both current and future operational needs!

You will play an important part in driving the success of the Function you are supporting!

• Providing guidance and pro-active HR advice and mentorship on a wide range of fields including sophisticated employee relations casework, performance management, engagement, legal compliance, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the senior team on business plans, goals and priorities, projects, and initiatives to support budget delivery and meet the site requirements.
• Partner the leadership team to define talent needs, identify gaps, and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with corporate processes.
• Build positive relationships with leaders across the business and within the HR team
• Leading change to enable continual transformation for an efficient organisation; with focus on implementation and embedding changes within the function.
• Working with the Senior HRBP interpreting policies, procedures and initiatives in order to share details in the right way, and to ensure that advice and solutions are provided to fit the business needs.
• Balancing priorities and project work with the emerging and immediate business needs in line with strategy.

• Strong HR knowledge of experience of advising on HR issues ideally gained from within a fast-paced warehouse (or similar) organization
• In-depth knowledge of employment –related laws and regulations and HR guidelines.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Ability to balance multiple projects at the same time with varying timelines, with a confirmed attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, and able to communicate at all levels, assessing situations and tailoring approach and style to different personalities and needs
• Understanding of handling change, crafting meaning for others, and being comfortable in proposing innovative and dynamic approaches to problem solving
• Ability to support and develop talent with excellent mentor and development skills
• Able to assess and respond to changing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
