As an HR Business Partner, you’ll align HR strategies with operational goals, support leadership, and drive initiatives that make a real difference.

• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with site leaders to develop and implement HR policies that support business objectives ;

• Employee Relations: Guide managers and employees through workplace challenges, ensuring a positive and respectful environment ;

• Talent & Career Management: Support performance reviews, development plans, salary reviews, and end-of-career transitions ;

• Field Engagement: Stay close to the teams through regular presence on the floor, including night/weekend shifts and HR meetings ;

• EHS & Wellbeing: Liaise with safety and medical teams on individual cases and reintegration paths ;

• Job Design & Legal Compliance: Create and classify roles, lead union-facing committees, and share legal updates ;

• HR Operations & Projects: Improve local processes, deliver training, support social elections, and contribute to global HR initiatives.

• Master’s degree in HR or related field ;

• 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or regulated industries (medical devices preferred) ;

• Fluent in French, strong English skills ;

• Proficient in tools like Workday, Power BI, Canva, SD Worx, Protime.
