HR Business Partner
Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, to lead HR processes at our chemical manufacturing site in Hungary. The Pétfürdő site is the largest manufacturing facility in the Performance Products Division in EAME, with approximately 150 permanent employees.

Role Responsibilities:
As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary HR point of contact and HR advisor for your managers
- Leading, motivating, and developing one direct report – HR Specialist
- Ensuring efficient recruitment & selection processes to provide high quality workforce on time
- Ensuring that all actions related to employment, changes and terminations are timely implemented with legal compliance
- Supporting change management and organizational design, process by translating business needs to HR actions
- Helping managers in HR related cost planning; analyzing and explaining data in collaboration with controllers; taking active part in budget process
- Supporting managers in performance & talent management, and capability learning and development programs, projects and actions
- Appling all internal HR regulations, systems, processes and tools and supporting managers in usage of those
- Ensuring reliable and suitable payroll process by active and efficient collaboration with the service provider
- Driving action plans together with the managers to improve employee engagement & satisfaction
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business related degree, preferably in Human Resources
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hungarian with the ability to influence and engage as part of a global organization
- Good knowledge of the Hungarian labor law
- Ability to analyze, interpret data and tell the business story based on those data
- Previous experience in HR manager activities (manufacturing environment is an advantage)
- Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in MS Office applications
- Being an HR partner is your passion, sharing thoughts and ideas proactively, and communicating openly about your strengths
- Desire to learn all aspects of the business and understand its goals
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and coordination skills, with experience in managing projects
- Resilience, positive spirit, and a can-do attitude as prerequisites for being successful in this role
