We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.
We're looking for an HR Business Partner who gets their energy from being in the thick of it – working with operational managers, solving real problems, and building capability across our Dublin and Belfast operations.
What you'll actually be doing:
You're the HR expert for two major hubs, which means you're part strategist, part problem-solver, part talent magnet. You'll be executing HR strategies that actually matter and drive real business impact!
Your day-to-day:
Drive the local HR agenda with energy and purpose – continuous improvement isn't a buzzword, it's how we operate.
Be the go-to for employee relations – disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, redundancies, TUPE transfers. The tricky stuff that requires cool heads and sharp thinking.
Work with unions and employee groups, balancing commercial reality with fairness.
Build capability in the management team through coaching, talent management, and development.
Own all recruitment planning and activity for both direct labour and indirect roles across Dublin and Belfast – from forecasting needs to getting the right people in place.
Lead change management at local level when the business evolves (and it will).
Get stuck into cross-functional projects that drive business change and reorganisation as required.
Deliver training on people-related topics and foster a learning culture.
You'll be visible, hands-on, and trusted to make calls that keep the operation moving while keeping people at the heart of everything.
What we need from you:
Qualified and credible – Degree level, CIPD qualified, with solid managerial HR BP experience
ER heavyweight – Deep knowledge of Irish employment law and real experience managing difficult ER situations.
Recruitment-savvy – You know how to plan, attract, and hire at pace in a service environment and are great at bringing it all together!
Commercially sharp – You understand the business, the numbers, and how HR drives performance.
Resilient and assertive – You've got the stamina to drive change and the confidence to push back when the business needs it
Fast-paced operator – Service environments move quickly. You thrive in that chaos and have experience in operating in a fast paced, seasonal environment.
What makes this role different:
Two locations. Diverse workforce. Operational intensity. Unionised environment.
You'll be part of a well-established HR team with extensive experience and a strong track record of delivering for the business across the UK.
If you want an HR role where you see the direct impact of your work every single day, where you're respected by ops teams because you actually get it, and where no two days are the same – this is it!
If you want to be part of a team that helps make travel and culinary memories, join us!
