The Role
Responsibilities
  • C&B Responsibilities, Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate inputs, validated outputs, timely delivery, and full compliance with legal and audit requirements.

  • Manage all payroll checks, including data validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, and final approval of calculations.

  • Lead compensation & benefits processes such as salary reviews, benchmarking, benefits administration, and collaboration with external partners(WTW)

  • Assisting with compiling and preparing reports for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management.

  • Ensuring that compensation and benefits programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective.

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommending planning revisions to compete with market trends.

  • Support company-wide reward and recognition programs, including coordination of annual awards and internal recognition initiatives aligned with C&B frameworks.

  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and system governance; ensure alignment between HRIS and payroll through structured controls and periodic reconciliations.

  • Support HR budget planning, headcount management, workforce analytics, and provide accurate HR reports to leadership.

  • Lead internal and external audits (IRR, CSRD, ISO, external auditors), ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with labor law, GDPR, and company policies.

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and operational HR transactions.

  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders by delivering data-driven insights and guidance on compensation, policies, and HR operational matters.

  • With a second hat, driving HR processes, providing operational and strategic HR Business Partner support for related accounts, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business objectives and supporting strong employee experience. 

  • Collaborating with function heads and working alongside with line(unit) managers to identify business needs, develop customized solutions and projects through addressing engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Carrying out field visits and building up a close relationship with the employees, to receive feedback, increase motivation and engagement

  • Leading processes such as headcount planning, people analytics, performance management, talent management, development planning, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and legal issues for related accounts.

  • Responsible from Learning & Development initiatives, collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging learning content, ensure full alignment with Canon Development Programs, systems, and standards,

  • Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt training content to Turkey’s market dynamics.

  • Acts as lead of Wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee experience.

  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes to strengthen efficiency and governance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. 

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, in C&B Roles and in HR Operations

  • Strong experience in payroll coordination with external vendors, C&B, and HRIS management. 

  • Solid understanding of labor law, compliance, and audit frameworks. 

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and MS Excel skills; high attention to detail. 

  • Experience working with HR systems and data management tools. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Fluency in English

  • Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities. 

  • High execution excellence with strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate HR data. 

  • Strong compliance mindset; understanding of labor law, GDPR, and audit processes. 

  • Process-oriented approach focused on efficiency and quality improvement. 

  • Have the right balance of result orientation and customer focus
  • Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player
  • Have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy
  • High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and being able to prioritize tasks
