About The Job
We're looking for an HR Business Partner within Learning & Development who is passionate about translating business needs into impactful learning solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and HR colleagues to strengthen organizational capabilities through innovative learning programs, effective talent development initiatives, and a seamless learning experience.
Responsibilities:
Assess Learning Needs: Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and translate business requirements into learning priorities.
Drive Digital Learning & AI Adoption: Explore, implement, and continuously improve digital learning solutions and AI-powered tools to enhance learning experiences, increase efficiency, and support the organization's digital transformation.
Design & Develop Training: Create engaging programs and formats tailored to adult learning principles.
Deliver & Manage Logistics: Coordinate training logistics and ensure smooth execution of sessions.
Administer LMS: Manage the Learning Management System, maintain relevant content, and track participation.
Support HR Programs: Oversee onboarding frameworks, graduate programs, and ad hoc people development initiatives.

What You Know
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience within Learning & Development, HR, Talent Development, or a similar role.
Experience supporting the design, coordination, or delivery of learning and development initiatives.
Interest in AI-enabled learning tools and digital technologies, with a curiosity to explore new ways of enhancing the learning experience.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Skilled at identifying and closing capability gaps to ensure team success.
Energetic networker and team-player, supporting colleagues across the organization.
