Role Description
As a HR Business Partner for Operations, you will play a crucial role in transforming business needs into actionable HR strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Understand the business strategy and turn into tactic people implications, ensuring the workforce has the right capability, capacity, structure, cost, and agility for the future.
  • Talent & Succession Planning: Collaborate with management on selecting and developing key talent to fill critical roles and meet future business needs.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing effective advice and coaching on people matters and driving solutions.
  • Building a Competitive Organization: Guide managers in performance development and optimize organizational design to enhance productivity and business performance.
  • Company Culture & Employee Experience: Promote and maintain a positive workplace culture, providing feedback and implementing initiatives on employee wellness, diversity & inclusion, and talent management.

Location: Huskvarna site. Preferably 2-3 days a week on site but we are open for a hybrid setup.

Your Background:

We are looking for you who enjoys solving problems, helping people succeed, and building trustful relationships. You are a strong communicator and not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve the way we work. You also have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Understanding of HR processes and employment-related topics such as labor law, organizational development, and recruitment.
  • Interest in and curiosity of how AI will impact our organization and leadership (e.g. in recruitment, data analysis, or communication).
  • Experience working in a global company or cross-cultural environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive mindset and a strong interest in developing as an HR professional.
