Your Role: HR Business Partner France
The HR Business Partner France supports business objectives by developing and executing the people strategy for the countries, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational effectiveness. As a member of the cluster leadership team, this role provides strategic HR counsel, leads talent and succession initiatives, supports organizational design and change management, manages employee and industrial relations including engagement with the local works council, and ensures effective implementation of core HR processes, programs, and priorities to achieve business and people outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop business and HR strategies, providing coaching and enhancing organizational culture.
- Lead talent management and development strategies, including Success Management, Talent Review, and facilitating calibration meetings.
- Advise on organization design and change management to ensure the country (and cluster, in certain cases) achieves strategic objectives and functional transformation.
- Manage employee relations and labor processes, specifically fostering positive relationships with the French Works Council and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee core HR processes, investigations, and discipline management while partnering with Elanco Business Solutions (Service Center) for operational excellence.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Generalist or Specialist roles, preferably within a multinational company.
- Top Skills: Solid knowledge of French employment law and HR professional ethics; fluency in both English and French.
