Diagnose Root Causes: Identify systemic triggers behind repeat ER issues and implement prevention plans to reduce repeat cases.
Use ER Analytics: Analyze ER, engagement, and retention trends and brief leaders on actionable insights to improve time-to-resolution.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Align with Recruiting, Compensation, Mobility, and HR COEs to deliver consistent ER approaches that increase manager capability.

What We Need to See:
Specialized Experience: 12+ years of Human Resources experience, with a heavy emphasis on direct ER case management and client-facing support.
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Conflict Resolution & Facilitation: Strong employee relations fundamentals and the ability to design and deliver manager training to improve organizational health.
Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency in Excel and Workday/HRIS to manage and interpret HR data with integrity.
Subject Matter Expertise: Working knowledge across at least three areas, such as conflict resolution, performance management, investigations, and/or medical accommodations and leaves of absence.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Intellectual Honesty: Practice transparent communication and ethical integrity. Own outcomes and correct issues proactively.
Excellence & Determination: Produce high-quality outcomes and meet deadlines. Maintain strong domain expertise and reliability.
One Team: Create an inclusive, trust-based environment and collaborate across functions to strengthen the employee experience and reinforce a company-first mindset.
Speed & Agility: Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take fast action to remove barriers.
Innovation: Use first-principles problem-solving and engage in rapid learning to share knowledge.
