Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to join our customer service center based in Plantation, FL. The ideal candidate understands what customer service really means from an HR perspective. In this role you'll support one of the largest, fastest growing, most dynamic teams in e-commerce today. You'll be working on everything including: orientation of new team members, performance management, benefits administration, and any employee relations matters. Using your business skills combined with HR knowledge you will be able to identify and resolve problems quickly by gathering the facts, analyzing the data, and making a determination.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with managers to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Work with leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results
- Implement/administer/interpret customer care and corporate policies/programs/procedures
- Work with managers and employees to address employee relations issues, ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Partner with business leaders to drive projects and programs to employee engagement, business performance, and employee retention
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of HR, or relevant business experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; High quality document and report preparation
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
- Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Position may require travel
