As an HR Assistant at FE fundinfo, you will have the opportunity to support a diverse and inclusive team, engage in exciting HR projects, and contribute to the wellbeing and development of our employees. This role offers a unique blend of HR and office management responsibilities, whilst giving you the opportunity to expand your HR knowledge across different geographies!
This is a part time role working 24 hours per week split across 4 or 5 days. You will be required to work from our Frankfurt office at least two days per week.
Your key responsibilities as an HR Assistant will include:
- Supporting the HR life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including employment contracts, references, and certificates.
- Overseeing the HR Team Inbox and serving as a point of contact for HR-related requests.
- Maintaining data in our HR Information System and supporting payroll instructions and controls.
- Assisting the HR Business Partner and HR Manager with various administrative tasks and HR projects.
- Managing office operations to ensure a smooth experience for employees and clients, including office supplies, meeting rooms, and catering.
- Handling administrative tasks such as credit cards, invoice management, and travel expense reports.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Assistant:
- You must have experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within HR
- You will possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You need proficiency in MS Office software and applications.
- You must be fluent in both German and English.
