Position Overview
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, our future HR Assistant will have as missions to :
Monitor daily absences, including sick leave, workplace accidents, vacation leave, and unauthorized absences.
Follow and conduct Back-to-work interviews following an employee’s absence.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company procedures.
Handle employee complaints related to transportation and cafeteria services during shift changes.
Participate in the prevention and resolution of workplace conflicts.
Collect and verify supporting documents for employee absences.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.
Identify and analyze the reasons for employee departures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Technical degree in human resources / management or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
