Position Overview  

 

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, our future HR Assistant will have as missions to :  

  • Monitor daily absences, including sick leave, workplace accidents, vacation leave, and unauthorized absences. 

  • Follow and conduct Back-to-work interviews following an employee’s absence. 

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company procedures. 

  • Handle employee complaints related to transportation and cafeteria services during shift changes. 

  • Participate in the prevention and resolution of workplace conflicts. 

  • Collect and verify supporting documents for employee absences. 

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement. 

  • Identify and analyze the reasons for employee departures. 

 

Key Skills and Qualifications 

 

  • Technical degree in human resources / management or related field. 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role 

  • Proficiency in Excel 

  • Ability to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality 

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
