detail-focused HR and Talent Co-ordinator to provide the operational backbone
of our HR function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys

You will play an important part in delivering consistent employee experience
across the full lifecycle, while strengthening compliance, reporting and talent
administration.

Role purpose
To provide the operational backbone of the
HR function through strong administration, co-ordination, systems accuracy,
reporting support and employee lifecycle process management.
What you will do
HR administration
- Maintain
accurate, complete and audit-ready employee files.
- Prepare
contracts, confirmation letters, service letters, termination letters and
travel letters.
- Maintain
templates, ensuring country relevance and version control.
- Manage employee
document control and filing standards.
- HR systems and
data integrity
- Maintain
accurate employee data on SAGE, Digby Central and TalentLMS.
- Ensure
information is updated timeously and accurately.
- Set up and
manage alerts for licences, permits, passports, medicals and professional
registrations.
- Support system
utilisation and training for managers and employees.
Leave and employee lifecycle
administration
- Support leave
administration, audits, holiday capture, leave provisions and related queries.
- Support
onboarding administration and pre-employment documentation.
- Manage
offboarding documentation, checklists and system close-out.
- Ensure employee
lifecycle records are complete and compliant.
Recruitment co-ordination
- Post adverts and
manage recruitment administration.
- Schedule
interviews and assessments.
- Arrange
references, MIE checks and candidate correspondence.
- Prepare offer
packs and support recruitment tracking.
- Support
candidate communication and process administration.
Performance and probation administration
- Set up appraisal
cycles and manage process reminders.
- Track completion
and follow-ups.
- Prepare
probation letters and track milestone dates.
- Support
reporting on completion, overdue items and trends.
- Reporting and
compliance support
- Support ExCo,
OpsCo and Board report collation.
- Support EE,
WSP/ATR, BBBEE and committee administration.
- Prepare minutes,
registers, tracker updates and submission support where required.
- Training and
committee support
- Maintain
training records, expenditure tracking and attendance logs.
- Support
induction and onboarding activities.
- Co-ordinate
social committee and HR-related meeting logistics where needed.
Requirements
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is highly
organised, dependable and accurate, with a strong sense of ownership and
follow-through. You should be comfortable working with detail, managing
multiple moving parts and supporting managers and employees with professionalism
and care.

Qualifications
and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
- 2–4 years’ experience in an HR
administrative or similar role.
- Exposure to HR systems and payroll
interfaces is advantageous.
- Working with groups of people from different countries and different
cultures.

Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
- 2-4 years' experience in HR administration or similar role
- Experience in HR administration and coordination (onboarding, offboarding, leave, performance/probation)
- Experience maintaining accurate employee data and files (audit-ready)
- Familiarity with SAGE, Digby Central and TalentLMS or similar HR systems
- Exposure to HR systems and payroll interfaces
- Strong document control and record-keeping skills
- Ability to prepare reports, dashboards and support compliance reporting (EE, WSP/ATR, BBBEE)
- Clear, professional communication and stakeholder support
- Confidentiality, accuracy, organisation and strong follow-through
