Who will you be working with?
You will be part of the HR Shared Services team, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, executive leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization. This role collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence, analytics teams, and business leaders to deliver meaningful insights that strengthen employee engagement and improve the overall employee experience.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the HR Shared Services function, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing the organization’s employee listening and engagement strategy. This role plays a key part in translating employee sentiment data into meaningful insights that enable leaders to make informed, people‑centered decisions.
You will lead the analysis, reporting, and communication of employee engagement data, support enterprise‑wide listening programs, and deliver executive‑ready insights and recommendations. Through strong partnerships with HR and business leaders, you will help drive action planning, improve employee experience, and strengthen engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or data‑focused HR roles.
- 3+ years of experience across HR disciplines such as HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, HR Systems, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, or HR Reporting & Analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights for non‑technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential data with integrity and ethical responsibility.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Analytics, HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting employee engagement or people analytics functions.
- Familiarity with survey and listening platforms (e.g., Workday Peakon, Qualtrics, Glint, CultureAmp).
- Understanding of statistical concepts and data storytelling best practices.
- Prior experience training others on analytics tools or engagement insights.
- Experience supporting enterprise HR initiatives, transformations, or M&A activities.
- Legal authorization to work in the applicable country is required.
- Proficiency in English is required
What will your typical day look like?
- Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of employee engagement platforms, dashboards, and reports.
- Respond to data requests and inquiries from HR Business Partners, leaders, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for executive and non‑technical audiences.
- Facilitate the execution of enterprise employee surveys and listening programs, including data validation and report distribution.
- Analyze engagement and listening data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities across teams and demographics.
- Conduct root‑cause analyses to uncover key drivers of engagement outcomes.
- Support ad‑hoc deep dives into employee experience topics such as leadership, recognition, inclusion, wellbeing, and retention.
- Monitor engagement trends over time and assess the impact of organizational initiatives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to interpret survey results and develop targeted action plans and recommendations.
- Deliver training sessions for HR and leaders on engagement dashboards, analytics tools, and insight interpretation.
- Provide guidance on responsible data use and support teams in applying insights effectively.
- Develop high‑quality, executive‑ready presentations, storytelling materials, and briefing documents.
- Present engagement insights to senior leaders and facilitate action planning discussions.
- Support continuous improvement of employee listening strategies across the full employee lifecycle.
- Recommend enhancements to data processes, visualization standards, and reporting automation.
- Ensure data confidentiality, accuracy, and ethical use of employee feedback.
