About the RoleWe are looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Analyst to join our team and provide hands-on HR support to our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will work closely with employees and leaders, supporting day-to-day HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, workforce administration, and engagement initiatives. You will play an important role in creating a positive employee experience and supporting an effective and collaborative workplace.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as a key People & Culture contact for employees and leaders, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support.
- Monitor attendance, employee relations, and workplace climate, identifying trends and supporting appropriate follow-up actions.
- Manage employee administration, including hiring documentation, employee records, personnel changes, attendance-related processes, and terminations.
- Lead recruitment and selection for direct labor positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding coordination.
- Monitor and report HR metrics and workforce indicators, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition activities, and company events.
- Support the implementation of People & Culture initiatives and programs that contribute to employee experience and business objectives.
