Position Summary
The HR Advisor plays a key role in supporting NAC’s people and operations by delivering comprehensive Human Resources services across the organization. Acting as a trusted partner to both employees and managers, this role provides full-cycle recruitment, employee relations support, policy and collective agreement interpretation, learning and development initiatives, and day-to-day HR advisory support.

As an HR Advisor, you will deliver full-cycle HR support including:

Qualifications:
- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field
- CHRP (or working toward) is an asset
- Experience in construction or multi-site environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a solutions-focused approach
