Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment at a water pollution control plant. Read blueprints and shop drawings, perform rigging/hoisting, level and align pumps, mixers and drive mechanisms, operate laser/builder's level, direct apprentices, follow safety procedures, handle materials, and perform related minor trade tasks.

Assist journeyperson millwright with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of stationary machinery and process equipment. Coordinate electrical and mechanical construction activities for a wastewater treatment plant. Manage procurement, supplier/subcontractor communication, CPM scheduling, cost and billing processes, RFIs, change orders, document control, commissioning/start-up support, equipment logs, and project closeout while assisting trade superintendents and maintaining project records.

Provide field-based quality support for construction projects: perform inspections, document deficiencies, coordinate material testing, track non-conformance reports, review drawings and compliance, and support project management to ensure work meets specifications and standards.

Work under the Electrical Superintendent to install, test, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, conduits, distribution and control equipment, data and fibre cabling, and instrumentation. Read blueprints, perform cable pulls, ensure code compliance and safety, train and direct workers, and perform related minor trade tasks.

Provide strategic and operational HR support across talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee and labour relations, performance and organizational development, HR advisory, and HR metrics. Lead recruitment, onboarding, workplace investigations, collective agreement interpretation, learning and development, succession planning, and partner with leaders to drive people strategies and organizational change.

Support project financial administration for construction jobs: process project AP, maintain project accounting records, assist billing and cost reimbursements, perform month-end reconciliations, liaise with project teams and vendors, and ensure accurate job costing and documentation for billing and audit purposes.
