The role requires high-voltage installation expertise, project planning, cost control, contract and scope review, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of heavy construction projects.

Build, lay out, install, align, pour, and dismantle wooden and advanced formwork systems for concrete structures. Use levels, measuring tools, compactors, scaffolding, and construction equipment safely while meeting project grades, specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Formsetters also transport materials, follow superintendent direction, supervise apprentices as needed, and perform related duties within their qualifications.
